My firm utilizes virtual systems, the old notion of bringing in hundreds of paper documents to be scan in and organized can take hours. Signing a contract in person requires a 30 min drive to the office, 30 mins to drive back home, not to mention the time it takes to print the contract out, sign the contract and scan and file the contract in a filing cabinet. With E-Signing you can sign the engagement letter from the comfort of your home. You can fill out your intake form, inform me of all of your concerns without interrupting your busy day. While you continue to work, go to the beach or do whatever it is you do we can solve the majority of your issues electronically.

Billing

The Law Office of Justin Carrillo, PLLC believes in transparent billing, if you have a problem with a bill talk to me.

My firm does not believe in surprise fees, here at The Law Office of Justin Carrillo, PLLC what you pay is broken up by practice areas.

If you hire me for a Demand Letter, Standard Notice or similar couple page documents you can expect a flat fee of $500.

If you are involved in a matter that involves research, court time, or it requires continuous work you can expect an hourly rate of $300 an hour plus cost.  

If you need a Trust/Will drafted, you can expect $2,000 for a Trust and $1,500 for a Will.

If you have been injured You only pay if we win.  We will discuss an appropriate  contingency fee at the time of consultation. 

The important thing to remember is that the Client plays a big role in how expensive representation is. If you send me endless emails and phone calls, that takes more time and therefore money to review. If possible please consider consolidating your thoughts, questions, and items you need to send me. Before sending an email, please take time to think of as many questions as possible. I am here to guide you and I am willing to read every email, but the most cost efficient results stem from organized thought and story telling. If your story is confusing to yourself it will be confusing to me, try to think about ways of organizing the series of events in a chronological and rational way.
